The product must not be worn, washed, or damaged and must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and all accessories.

If the gift was purchased through WoofBag.boutique, we can exchange it for another item from our store for a ₡1000 handling fee + shipping costs, provided it is in 100% original and unopened condition.

Yes. Personalized items and discounted products cannot be returned.

Once we receive and inspect the package, you will receive a WhatsApp message confirming whether the return was accepted.
