All prices are listed in Costa Rican colones (CRC) and include the applicable sales tax, unless otherwise stated. Woof Bag reserves the right to modify prices, products, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

Failure by Woof Bag to enforce any right outlined in these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be made in writing.

Any comment, suggestion, idea, design, question, or other communication sent to Woof Bag via the site or electronic channels will be considered non-confidential and may be used freely for commercial, marketing, or product development purposes without compensation to the sender.

9. NO CLASS ACTION

By accepting these Terms, you agree to resolve any dispute individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or consolidated proceeding. You expressly waive any right to participate in class actions.

10. AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES

Any dispute arising between the user and Woof Bag related to the use of the site or product purchases shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San José, Costa Rica, in accordance with Costa Rican law. By accepting these terms, you waive any right to litigation in ordinary courts, except in cases expressly provided by law.

11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Woof Bag delivers within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM) of Costa Rica and other areas of the country. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the package and the delivery area. Orders will be processed within an estimated period of 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times may range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the recipient’s location. Woof Bag is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure.

12. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We accept exchanges only if the product has manufacturing defects and has not been used. Returns for size changes or personal preferences are not accepted due to the personalized and limited nature of our products. To request an exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition. Woof Bag reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions.

13. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Woof Bag regarding the use of the site. If any provision is deemed invalid by a competent court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Woof Bag reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review this section.
