Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

• ₡2,200 within GAM (Gran Área Metropolitana)
• ₡3,500 outside GAM

We also offer in-person pickup at events or fairs when available.

Once the package is delivered, responsibility for the product's condition lies with the recipient.

If the package is visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and noting it with the courier.

For security reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp to the number provided during checkout.

Changing the delivery address is not possible once the order is placed.

We recommend double-checking all details before submitting your order.

All prices listed on our website include VAT.

For international orders (50+ units), customs duties and taxes are determined by the destination country's laws and handled individually by email.
